These terms govern your use of the Crikcex platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Crikcex account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Crikcex account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Your account must be registered in your own name with accurate personal details.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Crikcex is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, it will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending verification.

Bonus Terms Are Binding

All bonuses on Crikcex come with wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals Go to Your Own Account

Crikcex only processes withdrawals to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Keep Your Login Secure

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Crikcex ("we", "us", "the platform"). 02 Eligibility

To register and use a Crikcex account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Crikcex account.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Crikcex employee.

Crikcex reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, your account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until the process is resolved.

Providing false information during registration — including your age, name, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Crikcex account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed at Crikcex's discretion. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Crikcex login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Crikcex will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Crikcex support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account while the matter is resolved.

Account Verification (KYC)

Crikcex may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Completing KYC early speeds up your first withdrawal significantly. We recommend submitting your documents as soon as you register so there are no delays when you want to cash out.

04 Deposits and Payments

Crikcex accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Crikcex account balance instantly in most cases, though occasional delays may occur due to network issues on the payment provider's side.

  • Minimum deposit: As displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
  • Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits shown in your account settings.
  • Currency: BDT only. Crikcex does not accept foreign currency deposits.
  • Deposit fees: Crikcex does not charge fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Never deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose. Crikcex strongly encourages players to set deposit limits in their account settings before making their first deposit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Crikcex are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. This is a strict anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

Processing Times

Most Crikcex withdrawals are processed within minutes of the request being submitted. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts or accounts undergoing KYC review — processing may take up to 24 hours. Crikcex does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's network.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Crikcex reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
  • Withdrawals of deposited funds (not bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements.

If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, check your account notification centre first. In most cases, a pending KYC step or an incomplete wagering requirement is the cause.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Crikcex offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements

All Crikcex bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must place ৳5,000 in total bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse

Crikcex monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
  • Crikcex reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer terms.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Crikcex use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results, account history, bet size, or any other factor. Crikcex does not manipulate game outcomes for any player or group of players.

Each game on the Crikcex platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once the game round has started.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance. Crikcex's decision on technical fault outcomes is final.

Bet Limits

Each game on Crikcex has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Crikcex reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently place maximum bets may have their individual limits reviewed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Crikcex platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

  • Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any form of financial fraud.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Cheating software: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering: Using Crikcex to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or using another person's payment account.
  • Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
  • Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing Crikcex staff or other players through any communication channel.

Crikcex cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity on the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Crikcex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it believes the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen immediately pending investigation.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your Crikcex account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a period of time, Crikcex offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated from your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications will also be suspended.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Crikcex platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of Crikcex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Crikcex content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Crikcex platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically download any content from the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crikcex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Crikcex does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Crikcex is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform.

13 Privacy and Data

Crikcex collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

14 Changes to Terms

Crikcex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Crikcex platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
